Hello!

To find the surface area of a cube you use the equation

[tex]6 a^{2} [/tex]

a is a side length

Put in the values you know

[tex]6 * 11^{2} [/tex]

Square the number

6 * 121 = 726

The answer is [tex]726cm^{2} [/tex]

Hope this helps!

Area of 1 = Length × width

Length = 11
Width = 11

11 · 11 = 121

There are 6 squares.

Multiply 121 by 6 to get the total

121 · 6 = 726

Surface Area = 726 cm²
