I believe the answer is: dispositional,situational

Dispositional cause of an event is caused by the internal characteristic of the individual (such as laziness, competence, high motivation, etc)
The situational cause of an event is caused by external factors outside from the individuals (such as natural disaster, sudden change in law, other people actions, etc
