A 58 year old should get a distance of approximately 700 metres with a margin of 50 metres up and down so basically 700 ± 50.

It might seem a bit tough but in doing so and practically it is easy for an averagely weighing 58 year old and should be doable. In fact if he or she is a little fit they might able to get some where around 800.
