It should be russia. Russia and Alaska are seperated by the bering strait. Which is only 55 miles and its narrowest point. In the middle of the strait, there's two islands. One is Russian territory and another is American territory. ( The names are Big Diomede(Russia) And Little Diomede(USA) )
