Why do scientists put raw data into graphs, charts, etc? HELP FAST I HAVE A TEST TOMORROW!! :(

Well okay they put raw data into graphs and charts in order to analyze the information that they had obtained from an experiment. This not only allows analyzation of the data but they can also compare data from before to see if there is a change.
