Speakers who speaks based on personal experience tend to be able to provide the informations clearly and the content might be shocking or non-usual to the audiences that never experience it and relatable to the audiences that did

Not only that, The expression that speaker with personal experience give tend to also more believable compared to the speakers who don't have it.
