Any chance that smoke enters your lungs you are slightly at risk for developing cancer.
Second Hand Smoke WON'T enter your lungs if you just hold it in your mouth.
Again, your throat won't completely close the pathway to your lungs. Regardless smoke is still entering your lungs.
