What does doubly revolted mean?
to revolt against the present government.
I don't know what the words together mean but I know what they mean individually. Doubly means to twice the normal extent or degree. Another word for it could be to do it extra more. Revolt/revolted take violent action against an established government or ruler. Another word for could be to rise above.
