6 x 1/5 = 1 1/5 or 1.2

Well first you have to add a 1 under the 6. So that's 6/1×1/5 and you multipy across. You multipy 1×6 and 5×1. That equals 6/5. Then you divide 6 and 5 so, your final answer is 1.2. Hope this helped you.
