= 0.09 m/s

Explanation;

The rotational inertia of a cylinder is given by the formula;

I =  mr² , where I is the inertia, m is the mass, and r is the radius.

Inertia = 2.0 × 0.21²

           = 0.0882 m/s

          ≈ 0.09 m/s
