The Four Drive Theory describes sources of employee motivation. The elements are:
1. Achieve and Acquire: achieve goals and be rewarded for performance
2. Bond and Belong: teamwork, development, culture of sharing
3. Challenge and Comprehend: understand their job and have exciting/stimulating challenges to overcome
4. Define and Defend: define company values and work to defend them through policies and goals
