Explanation:

∵ pH = -log[H₃O⁺].

∴ pH = -log(2.5 x 10⁻⁷) = 6.6.

∵ pH + pOH = 14.

∴ pOH = 14.0 - pH = 14.0 - 6.6 = 7.4.
