The end time is 3:05. Since it's 11:00, and 4 hours and 5 minutes have passed, just add 4:05 to 11:00. Because there are 12 hours in a day, we go from 11:00 to 12:00 to 1:00 to 2:00 to 3:00 when we add 4 hours.

11:00 + 4:05 = 3:05
