Totalitarianism is a form of government which has the feature of dictatiorialism and is completely in the hands of the ruler. In totalitarianism, all the fields that are related to the life of an individual are under the authority of the government.

President Truman said that it was the duty of United States to provide assistance to all the nations in economical, political and military ways who were under the control of the authoritarian forces.
