Theoretical probability is found using this formula: # of favorable  outcomes divided by # of total possible outcomes.

When this formula is applied, you get .50, or a 50% chance it will land on tales. 50% of 10,000 is 5,000, so it will land on tails 5,000 times according to theoretical probability.
