To find the slope of (6,2) and (2,8), you do 2-8/6-2 which is -3/2

The line perpendicular to this is 2/3

Since the line passes through the point (6,9), you can find that the y intercept is (0,5)

So the slope intercept form of this equation is 2/3x +5
