Tangential speed: m/s, ft/s, cm/s, m/hr, km/hr,  etc

Rotational speed: rev/min, rad/s, rad/min, rev/s, etc

The tangential speed is basically the linear speed with formula:

Tangential Speed = Linear distance/ Time

Hence it has units of linear speed such as: m/s, ft/s, cm/s, m/hr, km/hr,  etc

The rotational speed has the formula:

Rotational speed = angular displacement/ time

Hence, it has units: rev/min, rad/s, rad/min, rev/s, etc
