Let's solve together :)

Group the like terms.

2b-5b+8+3=-13+8b-5

Add congruent elements.

-3b+8+3=-13+8b-5

Add up.

-3b+11=-13+8b-5

Group like terms.

-3b+11=8b-13-5

Subtract.

-3b+11=8b-18

Subtract 11 from both sides.

-3b+11-11=8b-18-11

-3b=8b-29

Divide -11b from both sides.

b = 29/11

Have such a great day :)
