Y= -5/2(x+4) -6
Y=-5/2x -10 -6
Y= -5/2x -16
2(y= -5/2x -16)
2y= -5x -8
-5x -2y -8 = 0

Did this I while back, not really sure if the answer is right but hope this helps :)

Answer:

5x+2y = -32

Step-by-step explanation:

[tex]The \:standard \: form \:of \: a \:linear \: equation \: is \: Ax+By=C.\\\\Multiply \:both \:sides \:by \:2\\\\2(y+6)=2(\frac{-5}{2}(x+4)) \\\\Simplify\\\\2y+12=-5x-20\\2y+5x=-20-12\\\\2y+5x=-32\\\\Rewrite\:in \:Ax+By+C\:form\\\\= 5x+2y=-32[/tex]
