Spanish has two ways for the second person singular. The familiar way with the personal pronoun "tú" and the formal way with the personal pronoun "usted". The verb "ser" in the present indicative in the familiar way is "túeres" and the formal way would be "usted es". In English the two ways are translated the same: "You are".
