we are given the geometric sequence -5, -10, -20, -40. The geometric factor of this sequence is equal to 2. In this case, the formula is expressed: an = -5* (2)^(n-1) where n is an integer. In this case, a11 is equal to -5* (2)^(11-1) equal to -5120.
