First, write out the equation. -1.3 >= 2.9-0.6r
Subtract 2.9 on both sides. -4.2 >= -0.6r
Divide each side by -0.6. -4.2/-0.6 >= -0.6r/-0.6
This is where you flip the inequality sign. 7 <= r

7 is less than or equal to r.
