slope: 5/2 (or 2.5)
y-intercept: (0, 3)

-5x + 2y = 6
+5x          +5x
2y          = 5x + 6
/2                  /2
y            = 5/2x + 3

-6x + 4y = -12
+6x           +6x
4y          = 6x - 12
/4                  /4
y            = 3/2x - 3
slope: 3/2 (or 1.5)
y-intercept: (0, -3)
