Start by rearranging the question around where it’s y= so it would be y= 3x-9. Go down to -9 and place a point there, after go up three spots and move 1 point to the right. Keep doing that until you get your linear graph.

y=-3x-9

it would be a line with a y intercept of -9 going up 3 and left 1 or down 3 and right 1 over and over again. it’s also linear
