You do keep, change, and flip when dividing fractions.

Keep 4/6, change the division sign into times, and flip 4/12 into 12/5.

4/6 x 12/4 =

Just multiply across.

(4 x 12)/(6 x 4) = 48 / 24 = 2.

The answer is 2.
