Slope-Intercept form is the equation of a line where it is solved for y. So, to put this into Slope-Intercept form you need to solve it for y.

7x + 10y = 4            Subtract 7x from both sides
        10y = -7x + 4   Divide both sides by 10
            y = -[tex] \frac{7}{10} [/tex]x + [tex] \frac{4}{10} [/tex]   Simplify if you can
            y = -[tex] \frac{7}{10}x [/tex] + [tex] \frac{2}{5} [/tex]
