1. standard form is y=mx+b so I will use point slope to start
y-0=8/3(x+2), y=(8/3)x+(16/3)
2.Must solve for slope first, (y2-y1)/(x2-x1), -10--5/3-6= -5/-3= 5/3
so slope is 5/3, point slope is y-y1=m(x-x1), y-6=5/3(x+5)
