If you were going to use a picture or video of a person, should you get their permission to use their likeness before including it on your Website? Why or why not?
You should always ask the person your using for the video/photo before posting it on your website. It might cause some ruckus if you don't and if you don't inform the person and they find the website they can sue you for using the picture/video
