Answer: log(x+4) + log(x)=log(x+4)

Group like terms

log(x+4)-log(x+4)=-log(x)

Log((x+4)/(x+4))=-log(x)

log(1)= -log(x)

log(1)=0

=> 0=log(x)

x=10^0

x=1

Step-by-step explanation:

Before one can solve log questions, he/she must know the laws.

Put x= 1 in to the main equation to test your answer

Log(5) +log(1)=log(5)

log (1) is 0

log(5)=log(5)
