So first you have to times 6 and 3/4 
to do that you have to make a equation like 6/1*3/4=? 
So next you multiply six and three to get 6/1*3/4=18/?
then multiply the bottom one and four to get 6/1*3/4=18/4
then simplfy to get 4 2/4 but you can't have half a bouquet of flowers so you round up to five
