If the plants get to little water they wilt. Plants wilt when they lose water faster than they gain it .... Does the amount of water given to plants affect their growth? ... Salt affects the growth of many plants, but not all. ... Soap water would have a negative affect on the plant and would probably cause it to die or not sprout
