let h= 3, k=-2

radius (r) = 11 ,then

(x-h)^2 + ( y-k)^2 = r^2

(x-3)^2 + ( y+2)^2 = 11^2

x^2 -6x +9 + y^2 +4y +4 = 121

x^2 + y^2 - 6x +4y -108 = 0 is the required eq
