yes and no. everyone deals with depression in a different way. some people may not change at all. some people may gain weight or lose weight. or any of type of physical changes. it all depends on how you cope and how you deal with your issues
yes and no it effects u mentally but physical yes and no. Deeps if ur depression tell you to do things you shouldn’t do.
