How do I put (1,5) and (3,3) in point slope form?

So the equation is the change in Y over the change in x. So it would be 5-3 over 1-3 which would give you -1. So y= -1x + b now we have to find the y-intercept. To do that we chose a point, I decided to use (1,5) so you plug that in. 5=-1(1)+b then you figure that out, B should be 4
