Slope like you wrote is rise over run. That means from the point given: (1,1) you will rise up by the first number and run to the left (negative)/right (positive) depending on the sign of the number.
EX: 5/2, rise up 5 and run to the right by 2. Your line’s direction should be pointed upwards.
EX: 2, your two numbers is 2 and the invisible 1 (apply the same method as the first example).
