Find equivalent fractions with a common denominator and order from least to greatest 2/3,1/2,5/12

The common denominator is 12. 2/3 x 4/4 = 8/12, 1/2 x 6/6 = 6/12, and 5/12 already goes into the denominator 12, so you would not need to change anything.

Since 5/12 is the lowest of the group it's the last, 8/12 is the biggest, so it's first and 6/12 is in the middle.

Your answer from least to greatest is 5/12, 6/12, and 8/12
