Let x be the first integer. Then the next three integers are x + 2, x + 4, and x + 6. If their sum is 208, then

x + (x + 2) + (x + 4) + (x + 6) = 208

4x + 12 = 208

4x = 196

x = 49

Then the third integer is x + 4 = 49 + 4 = 53.
