What route did Ferdinand Magellan's ships take to circumnavigate the globe?

Unfortunately Magellan didn't make it throughout the circumnavigation trip, but his ships did. He sailed down the east coast of South America and through, what is now called, the Strait of Magellan, through the Pacific and on to the Philippines where Magellan died.
