How can a person's decisions and actions change his/her life?

Depending on if its a positive decision, it could make their life better. Example: Instead of flunking off in school, I studied hard and did my work. Now I have a high paying job. However, if it’s a negative decision, like choosing to not go to school, it could make your life hard.
