Since the coefficient of [tex]y[/tex] in the line [tex]x=7[/tex] is 0, it's a vertical line. The line that we want to find is parallel to [tex]x=7[/tex], so that line is vertical, too, i.e., it has the form [tex]x=k[/tex].

Then, as the line cointains the point [tex](-3,2)[/tex], which has the x-coordinate equal to -3, our line is [tex]\boxed{\boxed{x=-3}}[/tex].
