Prompt 1: Persuade your parents that you need a car.

Prompt 2: Persuade the school board that students do not need uniforms.

Prompt 3: Persuade the government to lower the drinking age to 18.

Hook: According to a 2008 and 2009 study, 90% of students either dislike or oppose school uniforms.
Thesis: Students do not need uniforms because uniforms are irrelevant to students' learning, infringe upon the rights of students, are plainly unneccesary, and even cause us psych/emotional stress.

Clothing is irrelevant to students' learning

If we were made to be different, why make us all the same? Students should have the ability to express themselves freely (constitutional right)

School uniforms infringe on students' freedom of expression

P4: Pathos

When they can't express themselves, students feel so isolated and alone.
Finally, we are so tired of being treated like small children! Forcing us to wear uniforms is not the solution to any school's problems.
