Volume and temperature are directly proportional to each other.
VαT 
2.3 = kT---(k=constant)
400 = kT1

Dividing,
2.3        T
-----  = --------
400        T1

T1 = 400T
        ---------- =  173.91T
          2.3

Therefore new temperature should be 173.91 times initial temperature.
