if my end points are 51'50 and 72,70 how would i find y=mx+b

The steps to find the answer:
Use the two points to find the slope m = y2-y1/x2-x1.
Use point-slope form: y - k = m (x - h).
Substitute the slope value found in place of “m”.
Choose one of the two points to substitute in place of h and k .
Distribute the slope value.
Add or subtract "k" on both sides to isolate “y” and get y = mx + b.
