I think it would be mark the vertex of the angle you are drawing. But depending on how you do it, that may be a step kind of skipped. (Like, you just don't mark it, you just draw from the end of the line.) and if that is the case, it would be make a dot marking the angle measurement that you are drawing. Hope that helps:)
