A triangle can contain both a right angle and obtuse angle?

No.  Since all triangles have angles with a sum of 180°, if one angle is 90°, the sum of the other two angles must be 90°.  An obtuse angle is greater than 90°, so having an obtuse angle in a right triangle is impossible, because it would make the sum of all angles greater than 180°.
