so far there are 3 people, and so you have to include the 3, which makes it a colored in circle, and it goes to the right, because you want more members, (the more the merrier right?)
considering it can not be a negative number because they can't lose people, it would be the second choice. A closed circle because it is equal to two people the club needs in order to be recognized.
