yes, this means that the copying was authorized, any ripping or copying of a cd taht is NOT authorized, also you cannot copy the cd fr commercial reasons only for personal use. If you dont use the cd fr its intended use and pass it off as your own then your could serve 5 years of jail time and pay 250.000 dollars fine because this is considered piracy
