Beowulf is arguably one of the most ancient English poems written as an epic story of bravery and courage. Beowulf the central character of the story travels to Heorot to help Hrothgar and his men. A monster named Grendel is killing them mercilessly and in the whole kingdom there is none to save them unless Beowulf comes in. Beowulf is already famous for his bravery but he wanted to test his skills and power against this monster also, that is why he traveled to Heorot hall.
