Explanation:

Given that,

First mass, [tex]m_1=12\ Mg[/tex]

Other mass, [tex]m_2=12\ g[/tex]

We know that,

1 Megagram (Mg) = 10⁶ grams (g)

So, [tex]1\ g=10^{-6}\ Mg[/tex]

Using unitary method,

[tex]m_2=12\ g=12\times 10^{-6}\ Mg[/tex]

So, [tex]m_1-m_2=12\ Mg-12\times 10^{-6}\ Mg[/tex]

[tex]m_1-m_2=10^{-6}[/tex]

So, the mass of 12 Mg is [tex]10^{-6}[/tex] more than 12 grams. Hence, this is the required solution.
