So,

[tex] \frac{4}{x} + \frac{2x}{x - 1} + \frac{x + 3}{2x} [/tex]

Look at all three denominators.
[tex]x, x - 1, 2x[/tex]

Factor them completely.
[tex](x), (x - 1), (2)(x)[/tex]

Putting them together, we would get the following:
[tex](2)(x)(x-1)\ or\ 2x^2 - 2x[/tex]
